Prince Emil, Duke of Sönderholm (Emil Alexander Vilhelm Erik; 19 December 1934 - 28 March 2016) was a prince of Friskland. He was the second son of Carl Vilhelm V of Friskland and Eliane de Beaumont.
Emil married Elisabeth van Houten in 1961. They had two children:
- Princess Esther (Esther Elisabeth Eliane; born 4 May 1963)
- Princess Sarah (Sarah Alexandra Hendrika; born 7 April 1967)
