The Order of the Crown of Ludovicia is an order of chivalry in Kingdom of Ludovicia.
History
The award was established in 1830 by king Louis III of Ludovica to compensate those who were distinguished in favor of ludovician kingdom. This also was the first award of the House of Orléans-Ludovicia who wanted with this order dedicated to the crown officially seal their passage to the throne.
Although it has not a division between classes of civil and military merit, the award may be granted to all, irrespective of social status or religion, and for this reason it can also be granted to citizens not belonging to the kingdom of Ludovicia as long they are in possession of concession requirements.
