Siegfried Feilhaber (born 25 September 1858) is a Rotgeheiman Generalleutnant (Major General) in the Verteidigungsstaffel. He is currently in command of the XII VS-Panzerkorps, which numbers around 61,000 troops that are divided into three separate divisions.

Siegfried was commissioned as a Leutnant (Second Lieutenant) in the Rotgeheiman Army at the age of 18 in 1876. He was placed on reserve duty from his entry date until 1884. At this point the Verteidigungsstaffel had been formed and he desired to leave his old occupation as a cobbler behind and join the active military. He progressed through the ranks quickly, attaining Oberleutnant (First Lieutenant) in 1886, Hauptmann (Captain) in 1890, and Major in 1895. He was promoted to Oberst (Colonel) in 1900, directly jumping over Oberstleutnant (Lieutenant Colonel). In 1905 he was promoted to Generalmajor (and placed in command of the 1st VS-Panzer Division Kaiser Florian von Horn. When the 10 Days War broke out in 1913 he had just been promoted to Generalleutnant and was designated as the Corps Commander of the XII VS-Panzerkorps. After leading his unit through the war to victory he and his men returned to Rotgeheim, where he continues to serve as the leader of the XII VS-Panzerkorps in peacetime.

In 1879 he married Sofia Ammermann, niece of the Duke of Gällhausen, Rotgeheim. They have one child, their daughter Natalie (born 18 August 1880).
