Prince Johannes Engelbert von Altenhaus (born 1948) is the son of Prince Heinrich Gabriel von Altenhaus.
In 1975 he married Countess Veronika von Falkenhausen. They have seven children: Gabriel (born 1977), Sophie (born 1978), Eleonore (born 1980), Rudolf (born 1983), Erich (born 1985), Bartholomaus (born 1989) and Florentine (born 1992).
He is a prosperous landowner and serves at Court as Grand Chamberlain, the second highest office in the Royal Household.
