The Morsto-Zǐsè War was a war that occurred in Ziseshouwei and the former Morstaybishlian Gondwanan colonies from the 1st of April 1820 to the 8th of August 1840.
The war was provoked after the Ziseshouweiese Empire established a strict embargo over several vital Morstaybishlian trade routes. Following umpteen failed negotiations, the Mostaybishlian Empire responded with an aggressive attack. The war was fought over the oceans and islands for two years until the Morstaybishlian Empire pushed a full scale invasion from the Gondwanan territory. The unconventional terrain and harsh summers led to one of the biggest military death tolls in recent years.
By the end of the war, the Shí Dynasty became very unpopular. A revolution in April 1841 led to the forced abdication of Shí Kangxi and the old regime was replaced by a provisional government. A second revolution in October that year led to the removal of the Provisional government in favour for the communist state.
