Eugen von Prach (born 1957) is a Braslander businessman and entrepreneur.

He and Marc de Soyes (future Chancellor of Brasland) founded the Spitzer Group, a fund of funds company, which has grown to become the largest in Brasland. De Soyes left the company in 2002 to focus in other interests, but remains as a major shareholder of the company. Eugen is the Chairman of the Spitzer Group.

Eugen is one of the richest men in Brasland.

In 1984 he married Angela von Langenfeld. They had four children: Monika (born 1985), Josepha (born 1987), Rupprecht (born 1990) and Franz (born 1992).

Angela died of cancer in 2004. Emanuel remarried in 2012 to Baroness Marie Helene d'Ipswatten.
