The United States of Zach America

Zach America is named after the first president's brother Zach Garrison, who was killed in the battle of Nation river to save his brother from a sniper shot. This battle was for the land which was owned by Lucas Marrani who was also killed in the battle. The assassination of Marrani ended up ending the battle, And the Lucanians retreated to their ships.

[box][b][size=125]President[/size][/b] [b]Power[/b] The President of [nation]Zach America[/nation] is the co-overruling commander of the United Armed Forces. The President has the authority to take military action when immediately in an act of defense. However, The President must have a Declaration of War passed through the Armed Forces Committee (See Commanders in Table) and then passed by the Government Official's office to be the aggressor in a war. So far, Garrison has only needed to do this once in the Dvinglese invasion.

[b]Legislation[/b] The President of Zach America has the right to draft bills to be passed by the Government Official's and, if necessary, through the Armed Forces Committee. The President also must work with his cabinet to draft the annual budget. After the budget is passed, The President is given the right to mend it on his own through bills, which he must get passed through the Government Officials' Office.

If someone outside the President creates a law (Director, G.O., U.A.F.C. member), The President has the order to pass or veto the law. [/box]

[box][b][size=125]Director[/size][/b] [b]Power[/b] The Director is the other co-overruling commander of the Armed Forces. By the law of the Zach American Constitution, for a military action to occur, the Director and President must agree on the action before it is taken. That is not always the case. The Director has executive orders when The President is out of the country and has the lone authority to take action until Garrison arrives. [b]Legislature[/b] While not always, the Director is usually given a seat in the Presidential Cabinet. There the Director assists the President in creating the budget along with other laws and bills. If created on his or her own, the Director's Bill must pass through the Government Officials' office, the U.A.F.C. (If necessary), and then it can be either passed or vetoed by the President. Along with any other veto bill, the Constitution states that if a bill is vetoed it may be changed and sent back in as many times until the G.O.'s Office and The President vote to discontinue the bills editorial period.** [/box]

History

1150-1190 AD

Zach America was originally stationed in the East Pacific next to Lukania on the island of Sheyland, but after 15 years of war that was pushing into Zach American boarders, Zach America was in dire need of moving their civilians into safer grounds so Lukania could be finished. History before this is pretty unknown because of the Cellar bombings. In 1152, 17 years into the war, Zach America had just found new land when they were attacked right on capitol grounds on April 3, 1152, the birthday of Lucas Sterling, the first president of Lukania. The only person that made it out alive besides the 5,000 soldiers and president, was the president's brother, Zach Garrison, which is where Zach America gets its name.

1190-1198 (The Dark Years)(The group of 5002)

The next time period in Zach American history is know as the Black years. For these years were the worst in history. The Zach Americans lived on a small island in the area clarified as the West pacific where it was basically a living island, made of roots, trees, and water holes. 1,744 soldiers were lost in these four years, which is why 1% of our people die in the wildreness, to do as their ancestors beforehand did. The day known as The Day of Voyage to Zach Americans was April 5, 910 just four years and two days after the day of the attack on The Capitol. On this day the ship that Zach Americans worked on, including the Garrison brothers, was finished and as soon they had supplies they set sail.

1198-1201

These next three years were tretourus for the final 3,258 poeple that survived the Dark years, survived the attack on the Capitol, and still survived the three years on the SS ZG, named after Zach Garrison. History says the ship faced 13 storms, 3 other pirate ships, and many different diseases. Some how, they survived. On April 30, 913 the SS ZG struck land at what is now the Novice harbor.

1201-1216

These years are very unknown. There is not much written history on these years. What we do know is that the Lukanians knew where Zach America was. Their allies, the Gumbubs, told the Lukanians of a new small group that arrived right on their boarder. Tyler sent a Native american group out to the unclaimed land to be nice to them, make them feel at home. Which this is what happened. They were taught how to hunt, build, fight and fire new weapons. The day known as Novice day, which Zach Americans believes means new, fresh, a new beginning, is what falls next in Zach American History.

February 9th, 1217 (Battle of the Nation river)

The Zach Americans were on the lookout with new weapons they had created to make way for people to help them create a new civilization. These final 3,258 soldiers did not realize that all along the Lukanians were preparing them for war...again. The Natives were told to prepare them but not enough. The first shot of the battle was probably bigger than the whole battle. Zach Garrison, who was a Spy for Zach america, found three scouts, one aiming in on his brother. Before his brother could think, Zach jumped in front of President Garrison and was shot in the head three times, one from each scout. This began the battle, which lasted two hours. Later that evening two of Zach's fellow scouts took out the guards for President Sterling and then assassinated the president. This is when remaining troops retreated to their ships and left without a trace. 555 people died in the battle, the remaining 2703 stayed in a camp, they were then rescued by U.S.A.W troops and were brought back to their mainland where they were given medical attention. They then soon returned to their land where more people from U.S.A.W. came along to help. Today there are still renovations being made two beginning cities to keep up with technology but the land where the battle of the Nation river took place is now a tourist attraction and the area in which the Zach Americans hit land is now called Novice harbor, in honor of the start of a beginning.
