Background

The People's Republic Of Gòngchǎn is a breakaway state formed in 1980 by elements of the former CPH (Communist Party Of Haiyan), it claims de jure independence from the central government of Haiyan, however it is not recognized as an independent country by any legitimate state and is even classified as a terrorist state by the haiyanese government. Gòngchǎn has demanded that the government declare it's sovereignty or face consequences.

Attack

On October 25th, 2014 several units of the PRG's military; the People's Army Of Gòngchǎn assaulted and overran a haiyanese royal army camp in the town of Dǎo Zhèn, killing 7 soldiers and capturing 16. The Haiyanese government has had a military presence in Gòngchǎn since the end of the civil war.

Military Action

On October 26th the government deployed the army to the area surrounding the town. As of the 28th, the military has engaged the PAG and reportedly killed 4-9 soldiers, and has given one final ultimatum to the PRG to surrender.
