NPOW is a regional organization within the OWU founded on March 22nd 2013 with the aim, to uphold the neutrality of it's member states. The goal of NPOW is to secure the neutrality, if necessary even through force. To join, a nation must not be member in any other international organization and it must not be at war with any nation.
