Karolos Maleinos, 39th Duke of Cappadochia

Karolos Maleinos, 39th Duke of Cappadochia' (19 April 1750 – 20 January 1819), styled Earl of Kòrama from 1781 to 1790, was a Diadochian peer, and the son of Karolos Maleinos, 38th Duke of Cappadochia.

He was known for actively participating and supporting the Prásinoi Party. Kòrama succeeded to the title of 39th Duke of Cappadochia in 1790 upon the death of his father. He spent a considerable amount of his money rebuilding and refurbishing Tyana Castle after inheriting his many title and vast tracts of land.


Cappadochia died on 20 January 1819 at age 69, without issue from either of his three legal marriages. Upon his death, his lands and titles passed to his cousin, Bardas.
