Felucian Planetary Republic
The Representative Democracy of Felucian Planetary Republic (FPR or F.P.R.) commonly called The Republic, is a Democracy in Empire of Andrew. On Earth it is bordered on the north by The Federation of Socialist republic of Andrew and on the west by The Federation of The Orson Empire. Felucian Planetary Republic covers 38.850 square kilometers of land on Earth and has has an estimated population of 1.986 Trillion. Felucian Planetary Republic comprises of One Hundred Twenty-One Planets and 3 Sectors throughout the universe.
Felucian Planetary Republic dedicates itself to education, mining, oil extraction, and many other important factors of keeping its strong economy, which has "boomed" after the colonization of other planets. The Government tries its best to give its citizens social and political equality to maintain peace with the nation's citizens, but with raising concerns for every new law that is passed, it has been proven to be difficult to maintain national happiness with citizens whom seem to always disagree with new laws, no matter what the cause or effect.
Etymology
The nation's name comes from the name of a small town that was lost during the Utopian Civil War, known as Feluka. Feluka was named after the first Asian Citizen that moved to Utopia in 1876, her name was Feluka Serizawa. Feluka was 13 when she moved to Utopia with her step-father. Feluka was living in what seemed like a dream when she moved to Utopia, but sadly she died at the age of 15 years after her step-father got drunk and accidentally ran over her with his car after an argument. In 1942, a year before Utopia was renamed to Felucia, it was decided that the nation should be named after one of the most notable people in its history. After a massive debate on what the nation should be renamed, one senior citizen said that the nation should be named after Feluka in honor of her short time in the nation. Months passed by and the remaining Senators agreed on the name being based on Feluka's, so they changed the pronunciation of the name to fit the nation: Felucia.
The standard way to refer to a citizen of Felucian Planetary Republic is as a "Felucian."
History
Pre-Republic Era
Utopian Civil War (1934-1940)
In the years of the pre-Republic era, during the Utopian Civil War, the war between the Republic Union of Utopia and the Confederate Democracy of Gerus had almost ended in a bloody battle in the Confederate Capital. The Confederate capital was located in the far west of the sub-continent, this was discovered late in the war by Utopian scouts. After pushing back forces and surrounding troops, Union soldiers cornered the smaller Confederate army in their own capital and despite their larger numbers, the Union had underestimated the Confederate Army as they had some of the first automated turrets in the capital. Squad after squad would fall to the hands of the Confederate Army and the full retreat of the capital was soon to be acknowledged.
Utopian military generals found a way to ignore the automated turrets and ordered their troops to attack from all sides of the capital and to use their explosives as an advantage to kill those with automated weapons. The plan worked for a while but all actions stopped by the command of the Utopian President Jack Johnson and Geran President Theodore Kennedy, all military soldiers were sent back to their home nations and the battle of the capital was over. After what seemed like a normal peace conference, Confederate President Theodore Kennedy murdered Union President Jack Johnson in front of both nations and the war continued. After gaining land closer to the Confederate Capital, the Union troops invaded the Capital and showed no mercy.
The newly elected president, Crystal Ellis, who was the first female president, ordered for the complete annihilation of the capital, in fear of another threat. The capital was burned down and was left in ashes after the second battle of the Confederate Capital was over, President Ellis learned about the Confederate President surviving the attack along with two-thousand troops. During the last few years of the Civil War, the Utopian and Geran military constructed the nation's very first nuclear weapons, with the help of foreign scientists, and both sides planned on using the few nuclear weapons in case of a last stand. Union troops sent squads to locate and control the Confederate Nukes, this was accomplished and it was soon discovered that the Confederates had control of over twenty nuclear weapons (To this day it is unknown how these came to be since the Confederacy was poor during these times).
After a battle for control of the nuclear weapons, the union decided to detonate most confederate warheads after they were placed in certain locations. Half of the warheads were used against the nation as they were placed underground and a couple of miles off of the western coast. The detonations of the warheads left gaping craters in the ground and was soon followed by the tsunamis which were caused by the ones placed in the ocean. The colossal waves engulfed the west coast and as if by coincidence a Hurricane (The largest in Utopian/Felucian history) was formed not long before and the high winds also create massive waves. The waves and the forces of the Hurricane engulfed the entire western half of the sub-continent, leaving no trace of a civilization in it's destruction.
To this day there is no explanation to how the massive Hurricane came to be, but to some of the people of Felucia, it was a gift from god which shows that he wished for their nation to flourish. All prisoners of the war were set free and this started what would soon be known as the "Trinity Conference", which would end with the signing of the Utopian Declaration of Unity.
Re-Construction Era (1940-1943)
During the first few years of the Unified Nations of Felucia's founding the inhabitants needed new homes for their families to reside in. The time span in between the founding of the UNF and the rise of religion is known as the Construction Era. Felucia was left in ruins after the civil war and its citizens were becoming more and more helpless without any form of shelter to live in. The remnants of the Utopian Union Capital was closed for construction work, and this left many people to stay in the streets of other standing cities and towns. After the Capital was rebuilt, the government took in as many citizens as possible to fit in the still growing city. Coastal cities were being built over what used to be Confederate land and the mountains were being scouted and construction began to create habitable towns in the rocky terrains. It was during this time period when the hundreds of people suffered from disease and others suffered from other natural causes due to the lack of resources and equipment.
Unified Nations Era (1943-2006: Split Timeline)
Official Creation of the Nations
The remaining nations of the nation once known as Utopia were struggling to stay under control, but with very little to no government, each nation was on the verge of collapse. Gerus was still irradiated from the ending times of the Utopian Civil War, and each city was deemed to be uninhabitable for another month until the city was cleansed of Radiation.
Nautilla was the resource-wealthy of the nations with more resources to use than any of the other nations. The citizens of Nautilla lived in the best clothing, had the better foods, and had the remaining corporations to construct and produce more products for all of the nations. Utopia Minor was rich in iron and steel and was able to produce vehicles for the nations. Utopia Major was also rich in iron and steel and was able to produce Naval Ships for the Struggling Navies of the remaining nations. Felucia I (1) was rich in agriculture, producing food for the citizens of the nations and their citizens. Felucia II (2) was the least affected of the nations, being able to produce machinery to construct buildings for business and for people to live in.
In October 1943, each nation had enough supplies to construct a Senate Building to pass legislation, and a Capital Building to house the leaders while official buildings were being constructed. Because of the governments being strengthened, they were each able to be considered official governments, so each nation was officially classified as a nation.
The Old Republic Era (2006-2013)
Founding of the Felucian Planetary Republic
During the last few years of the first decade of the early 2000's (~2006-2009) the Felucian Astronomers had discovered a new planet around 25-100 light years away from the solar system. "NASA" was the very first major company to photograph the planet by using the government mechs and attaching cameras to their heads. The planet seemed to contain many forests and large oceans, and the atmosphere seemed to be suitable for human life. The planet was named after the nation which discovered it and colonies were formed on the planet after construction workers set out to the planet to build houses and business buildings.
Within a eight month period, four more planets were discovered by NASA and were being put through testing. Each of the planets were tested by its atmosphere, surface, and the distance from the parent star. Ando Prime was the second planet discovered and named by the UNF, the planet was found to be completely covered in snow and ice and yet the atmosphere was perfectly suitable for life, even though it was not as close to the parent star as originally thought. Mustafar was the third planet discovered and named by the UNF and it was found to be completely covered in rock, volcanoes, and lava, which made it hard to tell if the planet was suitable for life, but after a few months it was discovered that only some areas contained suitable conditions for life to breathe and live. Naboo is the fourth planet discovered and named by the UNF and is the second planet discovered known to have oceans and land masses with forests, plains, and other naturally beautiful areas, the planet resembles both planets Earth and Felucia. Bespin is the fifth and most recent planet discovered and named by the UNF and is known to have an atmosphere suitable for life, land is yet to be found since land is not seen from the atmosphere and so tectonic movement has been tracked by the UNF and there is low movement coming from the surface of the planet, this has started a rumor about the planet saying that the planet is not composed of solid matter, but floating cities have been constructed in the skys of the planet.
After each planet had large cities and had over five million citizens, the governments of each planet have gone their own ways but constructed a planetary republic so that the laws made by the UNF on Earth would go under view by the planetary senate, which either agrees or disagrees to the laws made by the UNF on Earth. Earth is the main planet of the republic and controls the republic itself and makes the laws, Felucia is the planetary military and constructs ships for the other planets to use, Mustafar is the mining source of the republic, Ando Prime is the testing ground for the republic and Naboo is the republic capital. The purpose of Naboo being the republic capital instead of Earth is because of the worries of the other nations on Earth that are not involved with the republic, the senate has voted for Naboo to be the capital so that other nations that are not involved with the republic do not get involved with the problems that the republic has to go through.
Galactic War Era
Felucian/Maian-Skedar War (2013-2015)
In 2013 the founder of the Carrington Institute, one of the largest companies in the FPR, made contact with an alien race known as the Maians after 30 years since he last contacted them. A relationship between the Maians and the Felucians grew and soon both races became allies. After many conferences between the Republic Senate and Presidential Powers, it was then decided that the Felucians and the Maians would meet to discuss anything about each others history. Two months after the Republic met with the Maians to discuss political matters and to discuss each other's history, the Republic Fleet Infinity Alpha V (5) discovered a desert planet that was devastated by sandstorms and earthquakes. The planet was home to a reptilian race called the Skedar, small reptiles that wore mechanical armor to increase their size and strength, for they were very small and weak without their armor. When studying the sun that the planet orbited, it was discovered that the planet was a part of a Trinary solar system in which the suns orbit each other in an unusual way.
The Senate and Presidential Powers of the Republic separately contacted each the Maians and the Skedar to try to create a peace treaty with each species, though this was interrupted when each side knew which species they were going to be allies with. The Skedar and the Maians refused to sign a peace treaty with the Republic and each other and this soon led to conflicts on Republic Territory. Not long afterwards, the Skedar and Maians raged war across the universe and tried to destroy the opposing sides. The Republic was not going to take place in this war, but after several invasions of Republic cities, the Felucian government declared war on the Skedar and stated that it would help the Maians in the war.
The war took place on many Republic territories, mainly including Tatooine, Hoth, Felucia, Naboo, and few other major planets such as Geonosis and Dagobah. The first battle of Geonosis took place in early April of 2014, where Republic Clone Troopers clashed against Skedar Warriors over control for the planet, ending in Republic victory. On Bespin, a Skedar invasion was stopped when an unknown fleet of alien ships arrived and destroyed most of the Skedar cruisers in orbit and on the surface. In February 2015, a massive planned out invasion of the Skedar Home Planet went on unnoticed by the Maians and ended the war between the Republic and the Skedar Empire. The war raged on between the Skedar and the Maians until a standstill was reached in June of the same year. Thus ending the Felucian/Maian-Skedar war.
New Age Era
Departure of the President (2015)
In March of 2015, approximately a month after the Felucian/Maian-Skedar War ended, President Calaway had decided to take a long vacation from all of the stress that was being put onto him by the recent events. Originally he had planned on telling all of his closest friends about where he was going, but he decided to tell only his daughter Janie and his closest friend, and Vice-President of the Republic, Michael Hickenbottom of where he was going. On March 3rd President Calaway publicly announced his upcoming departure, but did not reveal his choice of location for his vacation. On March 5th President Calaway left the Republic.
SCP Foundation-Xanix Corporation Conflict (2016-2017)
As the Economy of the Felucian Republic grew, so did the demand for more and more products for both the government and the citizens of the Republic. Xanix Corp., a large and well known company that invents and constructs weapons for military and commercial use, was becoming one of the most powerful corporations in the Republic at the time. While the company did not receive attention from the most powerful corporation, dataDyne Corporation, it did get the attention of the SCP Foundation, a secret government branch known only by the governments of the world. In late 2016, the SCP Foundation had noticed the use of illegal technology by the Xanix Corporation and decided to investigate. Spies from the SCP Foundation infiltrated the Xanix Corporation Headquarters and discovered files with notes stating that the company was planning on completing a technology that was deemed unfit for the current lifestyle of the Republic.
During the early months of 2017, the SCP Foundation decided to forget about the Xanix Corporation and focus on more important matters for the government. In August of 2017, the SCP Foundation discovered the children of two of the most important members of the Foundation that were capable of performing the same tasks as their parents. The Foundation found every file on the children, finding their names to be Hunter and Angel "Angie" Ellis. When the Foundation took the children under their care, along with a friend of theirs that they refused to leave behind, named Sherry Anston. It turned out that a tall supernatural being was responsible for the death of Sherry's parents, with clues leading to the possibility of a rouge Stalker being the cause of death.
The SCP Foundation knew that Stalkers were never released from their captivity unless allowed, and couldn't leave if they wanted to. After a month of speculation, all attention was pointed to the Xanix Corporation. The SCP Foundation decided to send in spies to study the progress of the Xanix Corporation's planned technology from earlier in the year, only to discover that it was an Inter-Dimensional Portal, similar to the one that the President used two years prior to leave on his vacation. The Foundation knew that in the wrong hands, the technology could be used for evil purposes. In late November, the Foundation sent in a squad of highly trained soldiers to enter the Xanix Corporation Headquarters and steal the portal from the corporation's clutches. The Xanix Corporation knew of the Foundation stealing the technology after it occurred and was enraged by these events, thus causing a hatred for the government.
Geography
The Felucian Planetary Republic, and The Unified Nations of Felucia, has six large and small nations which are part of a half submerged sub-continent, which was formerly known as Utopia in the Felucian History books. Felucia (The Island) is mainly consisted of mountain ranges and large forests, these areas are the homes for the national animals - the wolf and acklay. Cities and towns can be seen in the mountains and around the shores of each nation in order to keep the forests as they are. The tallest mountain in all of the Felucian countries is Mount Canis Majoris, this mountain stands at an elevation of four-thousand feet. Mount Canis Majoris was named after the constellation of the same name and was once the same mountain as Mount Canis Minor. After discovering that Mount Canis was a volcano, which was during an explosion which took place during the early years of Felucia, the early Felucians renamed the remaining parts of the mountain. The Nations are either part of the Mountain, Piedmont, or Coastal regions of the remaining land mass of Utopia. Mountain cities are formed around rough, rocky terrain as the Piedmont cities are formed around hills, bumpy yet calm terrain and lakes as the Coastal cities are formed around smooth land and some are even built on top of the surface of the water, with protective laws and resources which keep the cities within a mile of the mainland, in order to keep citizens safe from dangerous animals and from possible threats outside of the island.
The average weather for Felucia all depends on what region of the land the citizens live in. The Mountain Region is mostly Cold and covered with snow with some humidity and precipitation. The Piedmont Region is mostly hot in temperature with lots of humidity and precipitation mainly due to the large amounts of forests between the Mountain and Coastal Regions. The Coastal Region is mostly warm with humid air and little to some precipitation.
Felucia (The Island) is covered with vegetation and mountains ranges. The Mountain Region has rough and rocky terrain for miles before becoming the bumpy yet calm hill terrain of the Piedmont Region. From the edge of the Piedmont Region towards the end of the Coastal Region, there is smooth moist land for certain vegetation to grow without harm. Most of the Piedmont Region is covered with thick forests that are almost completely untouched by human society. In the Mountain Region, the clear blue skies cover the land with peaceful weather.
Demographics
Population
Felucian Planetary Republic has a population of over 1 Trillion citizens and over 500 Million Clone Troopers in its Military. Seventy Eight Percent (78%) of the population is Human. To be more precise with the statistics, Fifty Seven Percent (57%) of the population is from Felucian Land on Earth, Twenty Percent (20%) of the population is from the planet Naboo, and One Percent (1%) of the population is from Russia on Earth, which all tallies up to the total of Seventy Eight Percent of the population. Eight Percent (8%) of the population is Alien (Extra-Terrestrial). To be more precise with the statistics, Two Percent of the population is Gungan from the planet Naboo, One Percent (1%) of the population is Native Felucian from the planet Felucia, Three Percent (3%) of the population is Wookie from the planet Kashyyyk, and Two Percent (2%) of the population is from other species, which all tallies up to the Eight Percent of the population. The remaining Fourteen Percent (14%) of the population is Pony. To be more precise with the statistics, Five Percent (5%) of the population are Pegasuses (or Pegasi, depending on whom says the term), Five Percent (5%) of the population are Unicorns, and Four Percent (4%) of the population are (what is called by other pony species as) Earth Ponies, which all tallies up to the Fourteen Percent of the population.
Language
The most common and official language of Felucian Planetary Republic is English. While schools do offer to teach students different languages, English is the most common course. Some other languages frequently heard throughout Felucian Planetary Republic other than English are: Russian, Italian, Hispanic, certain alien languages and rarely Skedorian. Skedorian is an ancient language, spoken by the reptilian-like aliens known as the Skedar. Skedorian consists of many growls and groans, being spoken by top professors, or by intelligent life outside of Felucian Planetary Republic that have seemed to have gotten used to the language.
Religion
The main religion of the Republic and its people is Lege Domini Tenebrarum, also commonly called "The Law of the Shadows". Lege Domini Tenebrarum is the worship of a higher being that may or may not have mercy on humanity. The religion is not forced upon the people of the Republic, but it is often recommended by certain followers known as Druids. The Jedi have their own sort of religion that does not follow any sort of known religion. The Jedi worship the force in a way to where it seems almost as if they weren't worshiping it at all. The Jedi passes on the story of the force to the new generations of Jedi and tells them of how it keeps them strong.
Race
The citizens of Felucian Planetary Republic are mostly human, with a large amount being alien and a fair amount being pony/equine. The human population is consisted of Felucians from Earth, Nabooans from the planet Naboo that were found to already live on the planet, many of which are of English/American decent, and Russians. The alien population is mainly consisted of Wookies from the planet Kashyyyk, Gungans from the swamps of the planet Naboo, the natives of the planet Felucia, and many other species from other planets. Most of the pony population are Unicorns, ponies that are capable of using magic, they are notable for the horns on their heads. The second largest subspecies of pony in Felucian Planetary Republic are the Pegasi, ponies that are capable of flight and usually weather control (whenever it is decided to do so), they are notable for the wings on their bodies. The remaining pony population are Earth ponies, also called "regular ponies" by a few of the entire population, known for their strength and speed, they take care of planting and harvesting food for a lot of the citizens.

Government
The government of Felucian Planetary Republic is a Representative Democracy. A Representative Democracy is a variety of democracy founded on the principle of elected officials representing a group of people, as opposed to direct democracy. It is an element of both the parliamentary system or presidential system of government and is typically used in a lower chamber such as the House of Commons (UK) or Bundestag (Germany), and may be curtailed by constitutional constraints such as an upper chamber. It has been described by some political theorists as Polyarchy. In it the power is in the hands of the elected representatives who are elected by the people in elections.
Foreign Relations and Military
The Republic has a strong stance in the international community of its allies and neighboring nations. Most, if not all, Diplomatic missions are planned and carried out by the Secretary of Foreign Affairs William Scott "Bill" Goldberg. Every diplomat is chosen very carefully by Bill and are usually people that he can trust to represent the Republic while in foreign nations. These diplomats are highly successful at what they do and help keep the Republic maintain its position with other nations. Trade sanctions have reached an all time high in the year 2017 due to the help of Felucian diplomats that spent hours upon hours planning on how to strengthen the Republic's relationship with other nations.
The Republic's military is large and contains millions of soldiers, excluding the Clone Trooper, Terminator, Battle Droid, Robot, Ancient Gear, Zombie, Equine, and Dragon Programs that are active throughout the Republic. The Grand Army of the Republic contains over 900 Million soldiers overall in action, with another 12 Million in Reserves. The Republic Navy contains over 600 Million soldiers overall in action, with another 20 Million in the Reserves, and also contains over 500 Million ships spread throughout the Republic and its territories. The Marines contain over 400 Million soldiers ready for action, with over 300 Million in the Reserves in different parts of the Republic. The Air Force is rarely heard of mainly due to each branch of the Military containing aircraft, spaceships, and or starfighters, though it still exists.
Economy
The Republic's economy is very outstanding, with very little unemployment rates to help prove it. Thousands, if not millions, of jobs are made for citizens every month and this helps not only the Republic's economy, but the citizens of the Republic as well. The Arms Manufacturing Industry is one of the most popular industries in the Republic alongside the Information Technology, Tourism, and Book Publishing Industry. Large Corporations rule the market with an even hand, excluding certain Corporate Giants owned by private industry.
Culture
The Republic shows a mix of a variety of cultures from around the world and universe as it has a much diverse population. The human citizens may have different beliefs and cultures than the non-human species do, but the citizens of the Republic are highly accepting of the other species and their cultures. Certain famous buildings across the Republic were built with certain designs that were based off of different cultures, with an example of these buildings being the Senate Building on Coruscant.
Infrastructure
Felucian Planetary Republic heavily cares for and relies on transportation, communication, occupation, and education for its citizens. While many citizens use hovercraft and or starships to travel around to different locations, ground vehicles are still produced and used throughout the Republic to transport people on the surface. Rail, Boat, and Bus Systems can be found throughout the nation and its territories. Massive Communication Towers can be found throughout the mountain regions of the Felucian Planetary Republic. These towers can be, and usually are, larger than regular company buildings. Giant sized Satellite Dishes help provide good communication between the Republic and its allies. Nuclear Facilities are common throughout the Republic and are mainly owned by the Government, with some being owned by Corporations. Education is very important in the Republic, where each student is given a fair amount of freedom in schools. While earning an education is mandatory in the Republic, each student is allowed as much time that is needed to work on classwork and homework. The government cares about its people, though with raising complications in keeping civil rights, it is hard to keep up with every need.
Energy
Felucian Planetary Republic relies mostly on renewable energy to provide over 78% of the Republic's Power Grid. Each type of Renewable Energy used depends on where in the Republic citizens live/work. In the coastal regions, wind and hydroelectric power dominate in the quest to provide power to the cities by 96%, with 4% being Non-Renewable Energy. In volcanic areas, coal is mined to be burned later for energy consumption. As such types of energy is used throughout the Republic, it is also made sure not to damage the environment when using fossil fuels.
