The 13th General Assembly was elected at the December 2018 election. This consisted of seven independent members, and each served a three-month term from March to June 2019. The final members of the 13th General Assembly were The Final Horseman, Argentigrad, Dawtania, Great Varia, Greylyn, Kavagrad, and South Miruva.

Proposals
