The 16th General Assembly was elected at the December 2019 election. This consisted of seven independent members, and each served a three-month term from December 2019 to March 2020. The final members of the 16th General Assembly were Kavagrad, Kongoland, Libertasnia, Nottinhaps, Podria, The Final Horseman, and Wascoitan, with Kavagrad serving dually as Speaker.
Nottinhaps was removed as Speaker on 15 January 2019 with 6 votes in favour and 1 abstention as a result of the slow pace of legislation in the first month of the term. Kavagrad was elected as the new Speaker on 16 January 2019, defeating Podria 6 votes to 1.

Proposals
