The 2014 Narsoran General Elections were held on October 6 including presidential, parliamentary and regional elections. When no candidate received the majority 50%, a run-off election was held two weeks later on the 20th. Voters chose Centre Party candidates Sandalio Joaquín Espina for President and Elías Vicente Álvarez and Vice President respectively. Voter turnout was estimated by the National Statistics Office at 80% of the total population, the highest turnout since the 1990 General Elections.

Results

During the first round of voting the Conservative party suffered a crushing defeat with only 4% of the popular vote, this was attributed to the general dislike of Conservative Party's increasingly radical proposed policies.

The results of the second round of voting were the closest in narsoran history, with Espina winning by only 253,232 votes or 1.19% of the voter turnout.
