The 2015-16 Championship is the 64th season of the Llanoran Professional and Semi-professional Football League (LPSFL) Championship since the LPSFL formed in 1952. The fixtures for the season, which began 8 August 2015, were announced 17 July 2015.
Falmouth Albion F.C. entered the season as the defending champions while Ayr Town F.C. and Chelsea F.C. were relegated to the First Division and F.C. Edinburgh and Kilmarnock F.C. were promoted to the Championship.
