The 1st VS-Panzer Army (German: 2. Gebirgsarmee) is a field army-sized mountain infantry formation of the Rotgeheiman Verteidigungsstaffel that is currently engaged in operations against the Military of Fuerstenburg in the Northern Territory War. It is currently comprised of two corps-sized units that each contain a few mountain infantry divisions and with a cavalry division each. There is a total of seven mountain infantry and cavalry divisions in the 2nd VS-Mountain Army, which brings the number of troops in the formation to 134,703. These troops are recruited mostly from Rotgeheim, but they are also brought in from Northern Prussia, the Republic of Wreptzle and The Gallant Old Republic. The commander of the 2nd VS-Mountain Army is General der Gebirgstruppe Adalbert Boettcher.

On 19 September 1914, the 13th VS-Mountain Division Dinslaken was destroyed during fighting for the city of Bellock in Finnmarck, Rotgeheim. It was reconstituted in late 1915 from new recruits and cadre from other divisions.
