The 3rd General Assembly was elected at the September 2016 election. This consisted of nine independent members, a result of a complete overhaul of the government system, replacing the multi-party system. This General Assembly served a three-month term, from September to December 2016. The members of the 3rd General Assembly are Cedoria, Auven, Halfblakistan, Daemynos, Rare Pepe Hunters, New Tuva SSR, Llorens, Losinia, and Celera.
Rare Pepe Hunters replaced British Accia as the Minister of Defence on 27 November 2016 due to the latter's admitted lack of availability.
Proposals
To pass a law in the General Assembly with the Secretary's endorsement five votes are needed, and without the endorsement seven votes are needed. To pass a law by referendum with the Secretary's endorsement a simple majority of the vote is needed, and without the endorsement two-thirds of the vote is needed. The following are the proposals that were put to vote during the term of the 3rd General Assembly (an italic result indicates that the Secretary didn't endorse the proposal):
