This consisted of nine independent members, a result of a complete overhaul of the government system, replacing the multi-party system. This General Assembly served a three-month term, from 30 September to 31 December 2016. The members of the 3rd General Assembly are Cedoria, Auven, Halfblakistan, Daemynos, Rare Pepe Hunters, New Tuva SSR, Llorens, Losinia, and Celera.

Proposals

To pass a law in the General Assembly with the Secretary's endorsement five votes are needed, and without the endorsement seven votes are needed. To pass a law by referendum with the Secretary's endorsement a simple majority of the vote is needed, and without the endorsement two-thirds of the vote is needed. The following are the proposals that were put to vote during the term of the 3rd General Assembly (an italic result indicates that the Secretary didn't endorse the proposal):

  • Requires a run-off election to be held if confidence vote fails

  • Complete minor edits on Statement of Rights for consistency
Vice-Secretary Act 1-8 Llorens
  • Replace the Prime Minister with a Vice-Secretary
  • Elect Vice-Secretary as second place in Secretary election

  • Expand rightist restrictions to make them unable to vote
  • Continue rightist restrictions against electoral candidates
Referendum Act 7-0 Cedoria
  • All proposals seeking to amend the Constitution must go to a referendum
  • Removes the need for indirect democratic vote on constitutional matters
Criminal Recognition Act 5-2 Losinia
  • Clarify the definition of criminal activity
  • Establish a new banjection process including a General Assembly vote
Legislative Process Act 17-0 Llorens
  • Establish a formal legislative process
  • Enforces the need for both public and private discussion of bills
