The 3rd General Assembly was elected at the September 2016 election. This consisted of nine independent members, a result of a complete overhaul of the government system, replacing the multi-party system. This General Assembly served a three-month term, from September to December 2016.

Composition

The members of the 3rd General Assembly are Cedoria, Auven, Halfblakistan, Daemynos, British Accia, New Tuva SSR, Llorens, Losinia, and Celera. The following shows the composition of the 3rd General Assembly, as of the results from the September 2016 election:

Proposals

To pass a law in the General Assembly with the Secretary's endorsement five votes are needed, and without the endorsement then seven votes are needed. The following are the proposals that were put to vote during the term of the 3rd General Assembly, with an asterisk indicating that Secretary's endorsement of the proposal:

Electoral Reform Act 8-1* To add Article III of the Code of Laws, including the requirement of a confidence vote for single candidates for elected positions in an election.
The Diplomatic Corps 5-3* To establish a new organisation, called The Diplomatic Corps, which appoints five emissaries below the Minister of Foreign Affairs to endure one-week stays in allied leftist regions to boost interregional communication.
Anti-Discrimination Act 9-0* To prohibit all forms of unfair discrimination in Article I of the Constitution, and also to complete minor edits to all the Statement of Rights to ensure consistency in wording.
