The 3rd General Assembly was elected at the September 2016 election. This consisted of nine independent members, a result of a complete overhaul of the government system, replacing the multi-party system. This General Assembly served a three-month term, from September to December 2016.

Rare Pepe Hunters replaced British Accia as the Minister of Defence on 27 November 2016 due to the latter's admitted lack of availability.

Composition

The members of the 3rd General Assembly are Cedoria, Auven, Halfblakistan, Daemynos, Rare Pepe Hunters, New Tuva SSR, Llorens, Losinia, and Celera. The following shows the composition of the 3rd General Assembly, as of the results from the September 2016 election:

Proposals

To pass a law in the General Assembly with the Secretary's endorsement five votes are needed, and without the endorsement then seven votes are needed. The following are the proposals that were put to vote during the term of the 3rd General Assembly, with an asterisk indicating that Secretary's endorsement of the proposal:

Electoral Reform Act 8-1* Cedoria To add Article III of the Code of Laws, including the requirement of a confidence vote for single candidates for elected positions in an election.
The Diplomatic Corps 5-3* New Tuva SSR & Losinia To establish a new organisation, called The Diplomatic Corps, in which the Minister of Foreign Affairs appoints five emissaries to boost interregional communication.
Anti-Discrimination Act 9-0* Llorens To prohibit all forms of unfair discrimination in Article I of the Constitution, and also to complete minor edits to all the Statement of Rights to ensure consistency in wording.
Vice-Secretary Act 1-8 Llorens To replace the position of Prime Minister with a new Vice-Secretary position.
Rightist Restrictions Act 3-6 Llorens To expand the rightist restrictions in Article II of the Code of Laws to include the inability to vote in elections.
Referendum Act 7-0* Cedoria To specify that referendums are to only be held when an amendment to the Constitution is being proposed.
Criminal Recognition Act 5-2* Losinia To clarify the definition of criminal activity and to establish a new banjection process.
