The Games of the III Olympiad were an international multi-sport event celebrated in Columbia, Bedistan, one of the Unified Capitalizt States. It was co-organized by Capitalizt SLANI and Jasīʼyūn, and was the second consecutive Summer Olympics to be held in Paripana. No bidding process was held as the original Olympic Council regulations had fallen into disuse at the time, but no real objections were raised given the organizers' reputation and track record of successfully hosting three of the previous four editions of the Olympics.

A number of demonstration events were held: American football, bocce, cliff diving, chess boxing, croquet, lacrosse, summer vigil fasting, tug of war, wheelchair fencing and wheelchair racing. The Ariddian Isles nevertheless entered several athletes with disabilities in the medal events.

The opening ceremony held at Holmes Stadium featured sophisticated lighting and holography, with performances highlighting the search for peace and the diversity of Paripana. The Olympic cauldron was lit by Ham Son-lib, Olympic champion in the marathon at the Querzakhi Olympics.
