The 4th General Assembly was elected at the December 2016 election. This consisted of nine independent members, and each served a three-month term from December 2016 to March 2017. The members of the 4th General Assembly are Cedoria, Llorens, Fidels Beard, Franckley, Auven, New Lonopolian Empire, Losinia, Slavansko, and Libertasnia.

Proposals

To pass a law in the General Assembly with the Secretary's endorsement five votes are needed, and without the endorsement seven votes are needed. To pass a law by referendum with the Secretary's endorsement a simple majority of the vote is needed, and without the endorsement two-thirds of the vote is needed. The following are the proposals that were put to vote during the term of the 4th General Assembly (an italic result indicates that the Secretary didn't endorse the proposal):
