The 4th General Assembly was elected at the December 2016 election. This consisted of nine independent members, and each served a three-month term from December 2016 to March 2017. The members of the 4th General Assembly are Cedoria, Llorens, Fidels Beard, Franckley, Auven, New Lonopolian Empire, Losinia, Slavansko, and New Tuva SSR.

New Tuva SSR replaced Libertasnia as the Minister of Foreign Affairs on 18 February 2017 due to the latter's admitted lack of availability.

Proposals

To pass a law in the General Assembly with the Secretary's endorsement five votes are needed, and without the endorsement seven votes are needed.
