The 4th General Assembly was elected at the December 2016 election. This consisted of nine independent members, and each served a three-month term from 31 December 2016 to 30 March 2017. The members of the 4th General Assembly were Cedoria, Llorens, Fidels Beard, Franckley, Auven, New Lonopolian Empire, Losinia, Slavansko, and New Tuva SSR.

New Tuva SSR replaced Libertasnia as the Minister of Foreign Affairs on 18 February 2017 due to the latter's admitted lack of availability.

Proposals

To pass a law in the General Assembly with the Secretary's endorsement five votes are needed, and without the endorsement seven votes are needed. To pass a law by referendum with the Secretary's endorsement a simple majority of the vote is needed, and without the endorsement two-thirds of the vote is needed. The following are the proposals that were put to vote during the term of the 4th General Assembly (an italic result indicates that the Secretary didn't endorse the proposal):

  • Remove all other references in legislation

  • Remove private industry restrictions
  • Recognise that leftism isn't exclusively opposed to all private industry

  • Establish a government position limit of three consecutive terms
  • Ensure that new leaders are able to be elected

  • Make an exception for emergency banjections
  • Alter the voting process to allow easier passage
