Alexandra de Courtenay

Princess Alexandra de Courtenay (born 1956) is a Braslander diplomat. She is the daughter of Prince Grégoire de Courtenay.

In 1976 she married Count Josef Emanuel von Bergenz. The marriage was troubled and they separated after seven months. It was annulled in 1981.

After the end of her marriage, Alexandra went to the Resurgent Dream to study Political Sciences. She graduated with first class honors and was offered a position at a renowned Caldan university. She has led a very distinguished academic career.

In 2010 she was asked by the Braslander government to advise them on foreign affairs topics and has also served as government representative on foreign organisms such as the Atlantic International Organization.

Alexandra remarried in 1997 to John Macdonald, an economy professor. The couple now lives in Markund.
