His Serene Highness Prince Antonius von Altenhaus (full name: Antonius Engelbert Friedrich Alfons Ludwig Johannes Maria) is a Braslander landowner and the head of the Princely House of Altenhaus.

He was born in 1937 as the son of Prince Friedrich von Altenhaus and Countess Friederike von Meissenfeld.

In 1963 he married Baroness Anna Kiralyi. The couple was unable to produce children and eventually drifted apart. Anna began an affaire with another man and Antonius abandoned her.

In the early seventies, the prince met Countess Maria von Kulheim, a young woman several years her senior and descendant of a morganatic branch of the royal family. Although they were in love, the Kulheims forced them to separate, as Antonius was still married to Anna. It wouldn't be until 1980 when they met again, and now Antonius was a widower (Anna had died of cancer) and Maria was engaged to be married. He pursued her again and she broke her engagement. They were married that same year in a discreet ceremony at his castle.

The couple had three children: Engelbert (born 1981), Ferdinand (born 1983) and Violante (born 1987).

The family left Brasland in 1999 after their properties were confiscated by the republican regime. They settled in the Westbund, and only returned in 2009. Antonius sought the restitution of his lands, which was granted in 2011.
