Aundotutunagir–Omigodtheykilledkenny relations refers to the diplomatic relationship between Aundotutunagir and Omigodtheykilledkenny. The two nations enjoy relatively close geographic proximity to one another, being separated by only a few hundred miles of ocean between Ameranta and Antarctic Oasis, and both have been affiliated with the World Assembly and the Antarctic Oasis regional network. Aundo-Kennyite relations date back for centuries, and have remained largely friendly and informal; however, they have been subjected to occasional strain, including a major dispute over the neighboring Molotov island chain. Neither country maintains a official embassy in the other nation, but keep in touch through their respective regional and WA missions.

History

Even before the Kennyites' arrival in central Ameranta in the eighteenth century, records indicate that the Xtapolopaqetl Empire and the Aundotutunagirian kingdom had at least passing knowledge of each other. Pre-Kennyite Xtap writings tell of "those freaking psychopaths in the South," and Aundotutunagirian accounts from around the same time speak of "those freaking psychopaths in the North." After the Kennyites seized the Xtap empire, the new government expressed interest in "the southern peoples with the unpronounceable name," while the Aundotutunagirians continued to refer to the nation as "those freaking psychopaths."

Trade between the countries was established in the early 1800s, when Kennyite merchants began to visit Aundotutunagirian ports. The kingdom was eager to share its silks and spices with the Kennyite traders; unfortunately, they also introduced them to opium. Not long afterward, Kennyite president Joseph Morrison developed an insatiable appetite for the Aundotutunagirian brown, prompting the first lady -- who effectively controlled the government while the president was in his frequent drugged-up stupors -- to ban the drug and close all Kennyite ports to Aundotutunagirian shipping. But trade was resumed when a new administration came to power in 1820.

During the Kennyite Civil War (1850-55), Aundotutunagir's king offered to donate some of his country's ferocious jaguars and brown woolly monkeys to the war effort, but President Eli Jackson politely declined the offer.

Contact between the two nations increased after 1912, when the Kennyites acquired the Rindfleischetikettierungsüberwachungsaufgabenübertragungsgesetz colony in Southern Ameranta after the Kaiserreich Wars. But the Kennyites had no idea how to pronounce the name, so they changed it to Hooterville -- before eventually restyling it, a bit more elegantly, as "the Woodland territories." The point is, for the first time, Aundotutunagirians and Kennyites would be neighbors, and the kingdom was initially excited at this prospect...until they started to learn what living nextdoor to the Kennyites was like.
