The structure itself has existed for only a few years. The previous building was further inland, and had stood since 1976, and the reunification of the continent after The Auroran Imperial War. The building, with the exception of some secure areas, is open to all people, races, and is considered joint property of Aura and the International Community. The Main Corridor circumscribes the Assembly Room, features the flags of all Auroran member nations. The Assembly Room is where intercontinental meetings are held; It is a large conference center, capable of hosting over a thousand diplomats comfortably. It features a large holographic array, to show any data the speaker needs to the entire room. Outside the Assembly Room, the upper levels house World Assembly, East Pacific, and Auroran Diplomats that haven't yet established an embassy in the Coast or in Aurora.
