The Grand British Kingdom of Britonisea is a vast country located in The region of The Union of Confederate Regions It borders countries such as Nightom and North Britonisea. Britonisea has a large commowealth which adds up to nearly 9% of the land mass and 6.6% of it's population. The Capital City is Doportedas after it over took previous capital City, Telm City in everything. Other major cities in Britonisea include Al De Londonisea (Largest City), The Ice City of Eaux and Quickenden

Britonisea is well known for hosting tennis tournaments and also owning a huge business called Britannual. Of Britannual, the most known is it's news paper Britannual News Articles.

History

At first, Britonisea was 3 islands. They where founded by The Mousem Boys which had 6 of them. 2 of them founded Britoniseausa, 1 of them found Britoniseagreenlands, 2 of them found Britonisearussia and 1 more found Telm or Britoniseamaine. This was officially called The Country of Britonisea in 63 AD and was recognised in the world on 64AD. Being said, Britonisea has been through some hard times. Britonisea is no longer 1 countries but a few countries united by the law of 1400. It says "Britonisea is not a country, but a united Kingdom consisting of 6 different countries. Included are Greenlands, The Ice, Russea, South Britonisea, North Britonisea and Telm." From that day, there was lots of battles making The Ice, Russea, South and North Britonisea and Telm one country. It still remains a country as The Grrenlands and it's colonies are not Britonisea. Other than that, Britonisea was a quiet country until the late 1800s when a new king conqured and named this The Grande Kingdom. That king's family reins on today as Queen Britannia rules the country.

Sexuality

According to recent polls, it is expected that 60% of males are Bisexual, whereas 10% are Homosexual and 30% are Hetereosexual. However of the 60% that call themselves Bisexual, 70% are either in a relationship with the opposite sex or feel as though they are more likely to be attracted to the opposite sex. That would mean that 28% of males are more likely to date/have a relationship with the same sex in comparison to the 72% would would have opposite sex relations. Unlike other countries in the region, the Britonish are very open about speaking about sexual relationships and thanks to an irreligious mindset, most people have no reason to dislike or have a grudge against the LGB community. It's forbidden in the country to insult anyone because of their sexuality and this could result in community service or a fine. It's forbidden for journalists to write "Coming Out" articles.

Sexuality is taught about in schools and it is compulsory that all students, regardless of their religion or beliefs are enrolled in Sexual Relationships Education as they are taught about living with the fact of your sexuality and not to be scared about being who you are. In schools, teachers are allowed to express their sexuality freely and those who make fun of this are eligible to be expelled from the school and will have this written as a criminal record report.

Primary School

Primary School is very important because this is the first School a child will ever go to. Here are the 7 different Years (grades) explained.

Nursery- Nursery is for 2 years. Upper Nursery and Lower Nursery. In Lower Nursery (Which happens first) are for children aged 2/3 . (If they are going to be 3 after Aug 31.) Children do learn the basics such as singing the ABC's and counting to 10. Mostly this is a time for children to learn, play and relax. Upper Nursery (Happens Second) is compulsory and are for children aged 3/4. (If they are going to be 4 after Aug 31.) Children start to go in depth. Such as learning how to spell their names and learning a few words. Also they start to learn how to count up to 20 fluently.

Year 1- Year one is for one year. This is for children aged 4/5. (if they are going to be 5 after Aug 31.) This is where you learn how to spell more than 5 letter words and start to pronounce them. This is also the class where children start doing easy maths such as adding and taking away 1 and 2 digit numbers. You will start to learn your 2 and 3 times table. They also start PE.

Year 2- Year two is for one year. This is for children aged 5/6. (If they are going to be 6 after Aug 31.) This is the point where children will learn how to do multiplication, division, adding and subtract with double digit numbers. In Year 2, you start to do Internet technology on mini computers. Things they might go on are software for making stories etc. At the end of Year 2, the children get a test that is easy. This will judge their class for Year 3 onwards. This is a compulsory test called Britonisea Year Two Exam (BYTE). If children do not attempt it they have to do Year 2 again and be let behind. They might have a chance of skipping a year in the future.

Year 3- Year 3 is for one year. This is for children aged 6/7. (If they are going to be 7 after Aug 31.) Now children would learn up to there 6 times table and start to do add with 3 digit numbers. They will start to use full grown computers and start to use Microsoft, google etc. In Year 3 they will start to do Science, Drama and Music. At the end of this year, they get to pick 2 students to be in the same class as them and they may get there choice depending on behavior.

Year 4- Year 4 is for one year. This is for children aged 7/8. (If they are going to be 8 after Aug 31.) Now that they learn most subjects, they start to have longer lessons. About 1 hour long lessons. Now you learn English, Maths, Science, Music, IT, PE, Drama and Cooking Technology. They do cooking technology rarely.

Year 5- Year 5 is for one year. This is for children aged 8/9. (If they are going to be 9 after Aug 31.) They learn English, Maths, Science, Music, IT, Drama, PE, Cooking Technology and for the well-exceeding students they learn Spanish. This is preparing them for there end of Primary test.

Year 6- Year 6 is for one year. This is for children aged 9/10. (If they are going to be 10 after Aug 31.) This year is the busiest year because this is when every body learns every thing. They learn English, Maths, Science, Music, IT, PE, Drama, Cooking Technology, Spanish and for well exceeding French. In Year 6, you learn your 13 times table. Near the start of the year six year. They have to enter 5 secondary schools of their choice. With that they have to take their end of Primary School test called Britonisea End Of Primary Examination (BEOPE). They will have to take Maths, English, Science and IT as there exams. They can take Spanish, Drama and Music also. But that is only if the parents agree and they can do well in it. Year six prepares them for Secondary School so they will get a lot of homework. More than usual. They should have a end of Primary school production saying goodbye and giving the school a last glimpse of that year.

Secondary School

Year 7- Year 7 is a for 1 year. In Year 7 your plan changes because you are in a new school which is twice as hard. WorldVision Song Contest

Britonisea has taken part in it's first WorldVision which is the 31st in it's edition. It has been widely shown of BVC (Britunik Vefecosoin Cairkovoin) but has been widely criticized by Britonisean government as they relesed a statement saying "WorldVision 31 has not given Britonisea the biggest welcome. We are reconsidering the presence of WorldVision 32 deciding on where it is being hosted" This means if a nation is picked to host WV32 that Britonisea does not feel welcomed then we will automatically pull out of the tournament.

This edition we have entered Garange L'Iwes from the East of Britonisea and he will be singing a song called 'one to win' and so far, the votes are looking low, but sure. Britonisea has awarded A country called Lyonsland 12 points (maximum marks).

Food

Britonisea eats a lot of multicultural food from different countries. We mostly eat food from a British, American and Jamaican origin. We eat British Chips but we cook them in olive oil and sometimes we cook them in Apple Oil (Made in Britonisea) to make the chips sweet. To eat with it, we could have some fried (Not deep fried) chips which is a healthy diet. We also recommend a 4-a-day of fruit and vegetables and 9-a-day cups of mineral water. Also, for Sunday Roast, we usually cook Roast Potatoes, roasted Chicken (Turkey, Duck or lamb is included), roasted carrots and others, rice and plantain. For desert, you would eat a nice chocolate cheese cake and the norm is to eat this around 3 o'clock. Also on Sundays, you have breakfast a 8am and wait for big dinner at 3pm. This is a treat in Britonisea. When it comes to take-away shops, we do not have a lot. We have shops like Rubber Chicken, Mother-Licking Chicken (Nationstates food supplied by Super-Llamaland and Nouvel Ecosse) and Britannual Take away. There is an odd non-deep fry Fish and chunky chip shop around town.

Media

Media in Britonisea is widely criticized across the globe as one of the most known articles, Britannual News, gets all the juicy detail that happens in every day lives (As it says on the bottom of the article) it can even cause disruption across nations. One that was sparked was about a man who fell on his rear. It was a global hit, though Britannual News got a big fine for doing so. We are also hyped up about sports than any other news ever before. In November part of Britannual News was sold to All-Nation news which quickly got resold.
