The World Operatives' Division is a worldwide psychic intelligence agency who employ psychic personnel to investigate matters which relate to illegal weaponry, drugs, technology, or operations, which are too dangerous for non-psychic agencies to handle. The WOD does not deal with non-psychic matters.
