Charlotte (Charlotte Louise Amélie; born September 23, 1963), is the reigning monarch of Plascassier, a Principality located within The Commonwealth of Crowns.

Upon the death of her father, Jean III, she inherited the throne of Plascassier on November 17, 2004, becoming the third Sovereign Princess Regnant of Plascassier, after Marie-Louise and Georgette. She is known for her humanitarian causes and philanthropy, as she is patron of many organisations that tackle issues such as poverty, healthcare, social justice and environment.
