Dagmar Franziska Mäher (born 17 January 1862) is a Rotgeheiman Generalmajor (Brigadier General) in the Verteidigungsstaffel. She is best known as the commander of the 17th VS-Panzergrenadier Division Furtwängler, which she famously led during the 10 Days War.

Mäher is married to Detlef Heinecke, with whom she has two children.
