Despines is a confectionery and pastry shop from Diadochia. The company was founded in 1780. The company is a Purveyor to the Imperial and Royal Court of Diadochia. The proximity to the Atlantis Imperial Palace made business more profitable. Throught the reign of Emperor George VII of Diadochia, Despines provided the Imperial Court of Diadochia with staff and tableware for festive occasions

The interior of Despines is in the style of Neo- Rococo with mahogany wood and many mirrors. The shop is frequented by members of the Diadochian Imperial court and other prominent members of the Atlantean society. A peculiarity of Despines from the time of its foundation, is that they always use female waitressess, dressed in a black costume with a white apron.
