FOOTBALL
In football, the best record automatically wins the championship unless: (a) there is a tie, or (b) there are multiple conferences.

(B) All six schools finished at either 3-2 or 2-3. A tournament was conducted to determine the champion. #3 St. Cloud State defeated UW 36-25, #4 EU defeated PU 21-10, #2 RU defeated St. Cloud State 26-14, EU upset #1 Washington State 12-3, RU outlasted EU 14-13.

MEN'S AND WOMEN'S BASKETBALL
In basketball, all schools participate in conference tournaments, and - depending on total schools- some are invited to the championship tournament.

MEN'S AND WOMEN'S HOCKEY
LCAA Hockey is the only sport in which there is no Division II. All schools that play hockey immediately start in Division I.
SPRING SPORTS
BASEBALL AND SOFTBALL
Baseball's College Championship bounced around different locations until finally settling on Sims Stadium in Adrienne, and has been there since 1920. The College Softball Championship is rotated on a 5-year contract, the next renewal being in 2020.
