Dora Lee (b. July 28, 1964) is a Schuttean statesman and diplomat who plays a highly secretive, but speculatively substantial, role in Mrs. Schutte's regime. In the past, Lee has made appearances as the executive secretary for the Schuttean UN/WA office, the speaker of parliament, and ambassador to the World Assembly, as well as General Secretary of Lavinium, SchutteGod's home region. Until relatively recently, it was assumed she was merely a well-connected office manager; now, however, she is viewed as playing a rather indispensable role in government; in some respects, one could say she is the government. She is seen as Mrs. Schutte's "right-hand woman" of sorts; it's even been publicly speculated as to whether Lee is Mrs. Schutte, as the latter has never been seen in public.

Biography

According to Lee's official bio, not very long ago she was an ordinary housewife who was in the PTA with Mrs. Schutte, and carpooled her kids to school. This extraordinary connection allowed Lee to secure a position in the propaganda ministry after her husband lost his job as a guinea pig for a petrochemicals firm. In 2008 she was transferred to the foreign ministry after her boss lost her in the cabinet ministers' weekly poker game, and offered a choice position as the executive secretary to UN/WA Ambassador Shemp #3. Her approach to office management has been described by former coworkers as "brutal, centralized, almost dictatorial."

After Ambassador Shemp was committed to a mental hospital in 2008, Lee started to fulfill numerous positions in government, at times simultaneously. She herself has filled in as the Schuttean ambassador to the World Assembly since 2010. Because of her close personal friendship with the country's ruler, her word is assumed to carry a fair amount of weight, and she is quite feared by many people in politics, even those in the cabinet. Lee's politics have been described as "borderline fascist," and she herself has self-identified, only half-jokingly, as an "aficionado of things evil." It is now widely assumed that Lee was merely posing as an officeworker in various government ministries as Mrs. Schutte's personal spy, and that she was secretly involved in international espionage on Mrs. Schutte's behalf while serving as Shemp's secretary.

Family

Little is known about Lee's origins, but what is known about her blood connections reveals that it was likely unremarkable. She has said she has "two vengeful stepsisters" with whom she no longer associates, a "no-good bum of a brother who only calls or shows up when he wants money," and a "useless husband" who was basically unemployable after being fired as a GruenChem taste-tester. Mrs. Lee's older son Sean still has nightmares about the time she found lubricant in his bedside drawer, immediately marched down to his school, stormed into his classroom, held it up for the entire class and demanded he explain himself. She hasn't had ample time to humiliate her other son.
