Prince Emmanuel de Courtenay (born 1970) is the son of Prince Gaston de Courtenay.

In 1992 he married Countess Charlotte de Lanoye-Pottin, after a courtship that lasted only sixty days. They have four children together: Gloria (born 1993), Louis (born 1994), César (born 1996) and Aliénor (born 2010).

Emmanuel and his wife separated in 1998, in the midst of rumours of an alleged infidelity between the prince and the wife of a government minister. Charlotte lived with her children in the countryside, and had a string affaires, notably with Baron Alain de Marzot and with painter Jean Paul Gourgues. She had two daughters by them, Alexandrine (born 2001; by Baron de Marzot) and Thaïs (born 2004; by Gourgues). Although it is public knowledge that the girls are not Emmanuel's daughters, he has legally acknowledged them as his own. The Prince and Princess reconciled in 2009.

Emmanuel works with his father.
