The Ereide or Cançe Scotatrofina 2022 was the 61st edition of the Ereide or Cançe Scotatrofina. The contest took place in Dalera, Ianatea, following Ianatea's victory at the 2021 contest in Oseta, Gana, with the song "Íl lu’em", performed by Ismael Mareva. This was the third time Ianatea hosted the contest, having previously hosted in 1971 and 1993. Organized by the Sercate Scotatrofina eu Telefise ía Redio (SSTR), the contest was held at the Dalera Convention Center on August 1, 2022. The show was hosted by Emiliano Casaus, Alina Ruiz and Eliana Mina. 29 states and 3 overseas territories took part in the contest. The winner was the Romosea Islands with the song "Segi tue corth", performed by Valentina Obregon. This was the Romosea Islands' first win in the contest; Chastre, Monce, Adarse and Atalon rounded out the top five. The SSTR reported that the contest had an audience of 174 million viewers across the nation and saw an increase of 3% in the 15–24 year old age range.
