Count Erhard von Reitzenstein (1726-1799) was a Braslander nobleman. He was the son of Count Ludwig von Reitzenstein.

In 1749 he married Princess Leonille von Lorensberg. They had seven children: Elisabeth (born 1750), Josepha (born 1751), Wolfgang (born 1754), Ludwig (born 1756; priest), Karl (born and died 1759), Caroline (born 1760) and Charlotte (born and died 1763).

He devoted most of his time to manage his estates in southern Brasland.
