Count Ferdinand von Lindau (1838-1903) was a Braslander nobleman. He was the son of Count Friedrich von Lindau.

In 1864 he married Countess Mauritia von Henslen. They had six children: Gerhard (born 1865), Laure (born 1867), Eugenia (born 1870), Hercules (born 1872), Paul (1873-1874) and Eleonore (born and died 1875).

Unlike his father, he was not interested in politics and rejected his attempts to become a candidate. He also resented Friedrich's treatment to his mother, and this caused a distance between father and son.

Because of his father's open rivalry with the Crown, Ferdinand was persona non grata at Court and, instead, devoted his time to the management of his properties. He loved the countryside and travelled a lot.

He died in 1903, predeceasing his father by five years.
