The original picture (found on DeviantArt) depicted IRGC General Qassem (also spelled Qasem) Soleimani (or Suleimani), also known as "Shadow Commander" for the clandestine operations of Al-Quds force. I modified it to colour the shirt black, to replace rank shoulder insignia and to replace branch collar insignia. Now, the picture represents the Italian GNR commander in a propaganda poster. Please feel free to use it if you want.
