Friedrich von Heilendorf

Count Friedrich von Heilendorf (1841-1912) was the son of Prince Heinrich of Brasland and his morganatic wife, Johanna Stött.

He joined the Royal Army in 1857 and served as an officer of the King's Hussars.

In 1866 he married Geraldine de La Porte, from a distinguished Arenlander family. They had four children: Heinrich (born 1867), Helena (born 1868), Gustav (born 1871) and Johann (born 1873).

Friedrich inherited his father's estate of Heilendorf and became a successful farmer. He was a patron of many institutions in Tholmark and served as Chancellor of the University of Jakobstadt.

He died in 1912.
