Count Friedrich von Urbach (1867-1940) was the head of the House of Urbach. He was the son of Count Franz von Urbach and Princess Margaretha of Brasland.

In 1897 he married his first cousin, Princess Amalia of Brasland. They had eight children: Sigismund (born 1899), Eduard (born and died 1900), Maria Annunciata (born 1902), Hermann (1904-1925), Hans (1905-1912), Margaretha (born 1908), Rosa (born and died 1909) and Juliette (born 1911).

Friedrich died in 1940.
