Gabriel Johann von Lindau

Count Gabriel Johann von Lindau (1730-1794) was a Braslander nobleman. He was the son of Count Ludwig von Lindau.

In 1752 he married Countess Maria Walburga von Henslen. They had two children: Franziska (born 1753) and Damian (born 1754). Maria Walburga died in 1756 after suffering a miscarriage. Gabriel Johann remarried in 1759 to her first cousin, Duchess Adelheid von Kerlich, with whom he had five children: Marie Therese (born 1760), Caspar (born and died 1761), Ludwig (born 1763; priest), Helene (born 1766) and Wilhelm (born 1768).

He was one of the richest men in Brasland and held prominent positions at Court.
