The House of Debate is the national parliament of Kyrloth. It sits on the second highest floor (23) of Dar'kana Tower on the island of Zlovskavaar, and has run continuously since the establishment of the Republic in 1919, even during the occupation of Kyrloth by the Kotari Empire from 1969 to 1975.
The unicameral parliament has 216 members, elected every three years on a party-list proportional system, although elections may be called early by the Kirrhion.
