The Imperial Caltharusian Military is, by statistic and practice, a highly capable force. It serves alongside the Royal Staynish Armed Forces and South Staynish Armed Forces. The Commander-in-chief is Lambertus VII and the Lord Commander (MOD) is Otto Von Hessius.

The Army has the largest budget, with a whopping ♅148,895,965,020, with the Air Force at ♅60,056,000,400, followed by the the Navy at ♅34,956,872,659. Caltharus's Navy works with the help of the enormous Staynish Navy, rendering a high budget ineffective and unpractical.

Caltharusian soldiers training

The main battle tank imperial military uses is Colonarius mk2. However its predecessor, Colonarius mk1, is still largely used by the army, as the mk2 has been in production for a relatively short time. Currently, the Imperial military has about 750 Mk2s and 3500 Mk1s in use and reserves. The Caltharusian navy consists of Two Aircraft carriers, from which one is Kuznetsov-class and the other one is Vikrant-class. The Navy also has 12 destroyers, 10 frigates and 9 corvettes.

The Army is split into divisions that are 10,000-15,000 soldiers strong. These division are usually either motorised or mechanised divisions. Motorised division refers to a division with a majority of infantry sub-units transported on soft-skinned motor vehicles and mechanised division refers to a division with a majority of infantry sub-units transported on armoured personnel carriers (APCs) or infantry fighting vehicles (IFVs) or both, or even some other class of armoured fighting vehicles designed for the transportation of infantry.
