Count Johann Casimir von Grübenau (1907-1986) was the head of the Comital House of Grübenau. He was the son of Count Johann Andreas von Grübenau.
In 1935 he married Countess Victoire de Vielle. They had eight children: Therese (born 1936), Helene (born 1937), Johann Karl (born 1940), Beatrice (born 1942), Stanislaus (born 1945), Louise (born 1947), Virginie (born 1949) and Felix (born 1953).
