In the Kohlandian Perljamenten Vereini (the Union Parliament, the federal-level lawmaking body of Kohlandia), Members of Parliament are referred to as "Fellows" (lit. "Kars" in Thursian, the lingua franca of Kohlandia); regardless of their gender. Hence all Members of the Federal Parliament in Kohlandia are referred to as "Kar X"; e.g. the current Leader of the Opposition, Regus Ackila, is referred to as "Kar Regus".
In contrast to regular Fellows of the Parliament, the Federal Prime Minister of Kohlandia is always referred to as Sjef (lit. "Chief Fellow" in Thursian).
