Foreign Detainment of Citizens Act

LII-2015:1

The Government of Acadeshia shall not intervene should one of its citizens be arrested abroad, provided that:

1. The individual or group has been charged with a crime greater than a minor offence or misconduct.
2. The individual or group has been arrested following proper international legal procedures.
3. The individual or group will receive a fair trial.
4. The individual or group is treated fairly.
5. The individual or group is not refused legal presentation.
6. The individual or group is not refused contact with friends and family where ever in the world they may be.

Should these criteria not be met, Acadeshia will not refrain from intervening and taking an active and aggressive stance towards the nation where its citizens are being held.
