Cloning Act

LRC-2015:1

Recognising that there has been a measured effort over the past weeks to derail scientific research utilising cloning of humans.

Understanding the importance of said cloning, and by extension, the research dependant on it to the well-being of people of the world.

Recalling the mandate presented to the nation, as created and explained by His Majesty King Unue Masuo, that mandates academic and scientific research and development be encouraged, supported and defended at every opportunity.

Noting that this mandate is central to the ideals of the country and its people.

Knowing that actions that aim to derail research efforts, are a direct affront and assault on the country and it’s people.

Rejecting all such efforts and refuting their aims in the strongest terms.

Abhorred that such efforts would continue to occur.

Hoping that research be given a free and open world in which to endeavour to improve humanity.

And striving to act in a manner that would help create this free and open world.

The House of Commons hereby declares cloning of humans legal as long as done for research, and as long as these clones are never allowed to develop beyond the embryonic stage.
