Ludwig von Lindau

Count Ludwig von Lindau (1704-1771) was a Braslander nobleman.

In 1729 he married Baroness Eleonore von Wittenberg. They had seven children: Gabriel Johann (born 1730), Elisabeth (born 1731), Raimund (1733-1750), Henriette (born 1737), Karl Andreas (born 1739), Philipp (born and died 1741) and Maria Anna (born 1744). The Countess had an affaire with Prince Ulrich, brother of King Frederick II, and it is believed that her daughter Henriette was fathered by the prince.

He was a rich landowner.
